Video-on-demand platform Hotstar has launched #DareOrStayThere – an HR campaign that’s as cool as any of it’s consumer ads.
The campaign features a series of six bold creatives, which according to a press note, are designed to connect with the cream of India’s tech minds with an inspiring call to discard their current roles and join the streaming service to build the future of online video for the world.
Spanning across digital, social, and outdoor media, #DareOrStayThere is Hotstar’s first campaign of 2018.
Through the campaign, Hotstar is targeting key tech hubs including Bengaluru, Powai, and Hyderabad, which are home to some of the country’s best tech companies and talent.
The company’s website elaborates on the message behind #DareOrStayThere as well as the unique work culture and philosophy at Hotstar.
“We are building one of the most exciting consumer internet companies in the world and we are the natural home for the best tech talent in the country. This campaign is an invitation to this talent to come and join us and build an exciting technology company that has the opportunity to re-invent the world of video,” says, Ajit Mohan, CEO, Hotstar.
“We take pride in our BS-free culture, in personal ownership and in bias for action. We obsess over every detail of our ‘product and user experience and we believe that small teams of the right people can do amazing things,” adds Varun Narang, head of Product and Technology, Hotstar.
#DareOrStayThere stands out as a bold concept and speaks directly to young talent that wants to be part of something larger and is never satisfied with the status quo, both in their personal as well as professional lives.
